Every system, assuming that it is stable, has output parameters. The system can only produce and deliver per its design. We can temporarily “juice” the system by working people harder or skipping steps (which could be risky) but that is not a sustainable practice. People burn out and leave. Skipped steps can create risks that eventually materialize. A key question is whether the system is in statical control and stable or not.
